What we collect when you request permit help, and what we do with it.
Last updated: 2026
Information we collect
When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide: name, company, phone, email, optional USDOT/MC number, route and load details, the service you need, your deadline, and any notes. We also record the page you submitted from, the service or state the page relates to, the referral or campaign source, and the time of submission.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, determine which permits or filings may apply, and — with your consent — pass it to an independent commercial provider who can prepare or file on your behalf. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request.
Sharing
We share submitted details with service providers and partner filing services for the purpose of fulfilling your request, and with vendors that host our site and store our data. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own advertising.
Retention and security
Requests are stored in our secure database for as long as needed to serve you and meet recordkeeping obligations. No system is perfectly secure, but we use access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or request access to or deletion of your information, by using our contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies or similar technology to understand how visitors use the site and which campaigns bring them here. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
